Hi everyone - here is a lovely breathing technique (pranayama) called pigeon breath.
I find it really lovely to help keep me calm and focus me on my breathing.

Please read the instruction below before doing it!

Take care not to force or extend the head back too far with this one, it should be nice and gentle. Follow your rhythm of breath and if you feel lightheaded or dizzy, just come back to your normal breathing pattern.
