Contributing to the communities where we live and work has always been a core part of the Bibby Financial Services DNA, and this commitment continues through Project Compass. The vision of the Compass Community is clear: to enhance the quality of life for everyone in the communities we serve. Our goal is to contribute 1,000 days of volunteering to the community each year.
Colleagues are encouraged to take at least one day annually to support causes they care about—whether by organising events, fundraising or volunteering with local charities and community groups. One such cause, The Hummingbird Centre, holds a special place in our hearts. Many team members have been personally affected by cancer, making our time there especially meaningful. It was a privilege to give back by helping improve both the indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a more welcoming environment for visitors. We look forward to returning and supporting the centre again in the future.
