Dedicated Teams Take on a Challenge to Raise Funds for Charity

Dedicated Teams EIT, Foster + Partners, Ridge & Partners, Laing O’Rourke, Axis, WSP, and Langan Take on a Challenge to Raise Funds for Charity

This September, ten dedicated teams from the Ellison Institute of Technology (EIT)Project team will swap hard hats for hiking boots as they take on one of the UK’s most demanding endurance challenges: the Three Peaks Challenge — climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon in just 24 hours!

Teams from EIT, Foster + Partners, Ridge & Partners, Laing O’Rourke, Axis, WSP, and Langan are uniting beyond the construction site to raise £30,000 for health and wellbeing charities close to the heart of the project.

The £30,000 raised from the challenge will support the following charities:

• Hummingbird: Working to relieve the mental and physical sickness of persons diagnosed with a form of cancer by the provision of support services for such persons and their families.

• Action For Pulmonary Fibrosis: Raising awareness and supporting individuals affected by this life-limiting lung disease.

• Sobell House Hospice: Who provide compassionate care to people in Oxfordshire facing life-limiting illness, and support to their family and friends.

This initiative exemplifies the strength of collaboration between all project partners, united by a shared commitment to creating lasting impact and transforming lives through collective action.

Our teams will be competing against each other to see who can raise the most funds! When you are making your donation, please include the team’s name you would like your donation to go to (please see attached PDF) – This will help us track which team is leading the charge!
