I love my Hummingbird Centre, I’ve been coming every Friday with my Mum or Nan since my Mum was diagnosed with cancer, and I love Teddy, I tell him all my stories and love his cuddles.
I so much wanted to raise money for my Hummingbird as they have always been by my side and I know I can talk to them if I don’t want to upset my Mum, they mean so much to me.
To raise funds for them I started making Friendship bracelets because I love crafting and will often sit down in the main room and join in – in December I made a fairy out of an old book and showed my Mum what to do.
Anyway, back to my fund-raising during November and December I made the bracelets and sold as many as I could to family and friends telling them how important my Hummingbird Centre and Teddy was to me and that they rely on funds donated to them which enables them to support children like me.
